At Luosophy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all Luosophy tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
